Over the course of an international career, Michael has worked across Europe, North America, MENA and APAC in senior HR, organizational and leadership roles. His experience includes complex operating environments, international people governance, leadership pipelines, organizational effectiveness, transformation and the practical challenge of turning strategy into conditions in which people can perform.
He currently serves as HR Director at ANTISEL. His earlier career includes international HR roles and advisory work, including experience connected with Lidl’s operations and international organization, beIN MEDIA GROUP and the founding of ANTICIPATOR LTD. He has also undertaken doctoral research in Human Resource Management.
Alongside executive practice, Michael writes about leadership as a human problem before it becomes a management technique. He is the author of The Mentor’s Odyssey and the founder and originator of The Geometry of Leadership™, a proprietary framework for understanding identity, tested choice under pressure and responsibility beyond the self.
He also founded the Hellenic Leadership Series™, a publishing and thought leadership platform that uses Hellenic stories as lenses through which timeless human problems can be examined without turning mythology into management theory.
